Following my journey, I decided to design e-books that would essentially summarize and explain how I managed to lose weight and how I kept it off successfully. For that purpose, I created two different e-Books for you, that build the foundation for a healthy lifestyle: good nutrition and exercise. I created a whole diet plan and workout-book based on my experience to help you get the body you’ve always wanted. It will contain easy recipes and a variety of different exercises to help make sure that you reach effective and long-lasting weight loss.


Nutrition alone is not going to get you that bubbly butt and a toned stomach. You have to put in the work! I wrote down all my favorite exercises which train all the specific areas of your body. Whether you want defined arms and a strong back or want to focus on your legs, you will find all relevant moves in this e-Book. You can work out at the gym or at home and you can complete these exercises anywhere at any time and turn any excess fat into muscles.
